This moisturizing rinse out treatment and conditioner acts as a liquid bandage for hair that has been damaged after highlighting services. This hair treatment warms on contact with the hair and instantly increases softness, smoothness, and shine.

HOW TO USE: 

• After shampooing with Extreme Bleach Recovery Shampoo, wring hair and apply 1-4 doses on mid-lengths to ends based on hair length.
• 1 dose is equal to 10 ml- see dose markers on side of bottle. 
• Work into a light lather. 
• Rinse. 
• Follow with Extreme Bleach Recovery Cica Cream.
