Usage
- Apply the Semilac smoothing eyeshadow base over the eyelid.
- It ensures that the eyeshadow lasts longer.
- Apply the eyeshadow using an applicator or a brush. You can apply one color to the whole eyelid, or mix and blend any eyeshadow to play with the color.
- The effect will certainly be spectacular.
