HOW TO APPLY
- Add 2 tablespoons of stress-fix™ soaking salts to warm running water in your bath and stir for 10-20 minutes.
RELAXATION RITUALS
- Banish stress with stress-fix™ soaking salts.
- Light an Aveda candle.
- Add 2 tablespoons of soaking salts to a tub of warm water and sink in and take deep, relaxing breaths.
- You can hold your breath for a few seconds and exhale slowly. Repeat for 2–5 minutes or as long as you enjoy.
